From 3-7 September, Team Opus are taking on the epic Pavestone Rally – an electrifying driving adventure across Northern Europe in support of five outstanding charities.

Ian Hatherly, Richard Denton, Paul Barker, and Lauren Hancocks will test the limits of a barely roadworthy banger as they travel from Düsseldorf to Amsterdam with stops in Berlin, Malmö, and Hamburg.

We'll be raising funds for five handpicked charities:

  • The Teenage Cancer Trust – Creating world-class cancer services for young people in the UK.
  • Variety – Helping disabled and disadvantaged children regain their independence, become more confident, and make the most of their childhoods.
  • CRASH – Empowering homelessness charities and hospices with vital construction projects. CRASH creates places that care for people.
  • The Lighthouse Construction Charity – Providing emotional, physical and financial wellbeing support to the construction community and their families.
  • KidsOut – Supporting some of the UK's most disadvantaged and vulnerable children with day trips, experiences, books, and toys.

Help us get a head start

Fancy dress and a fully decorated motor are all part of the Pavestone experience, so stay tuned to our socials for snaps of the team dressed as Minions, Disney Princesses, and more.

In the meantime, we're going full throttle on fundraising. Ian, Richard, Paul, and Lauren are aiming to smash our £7,500 target – and can earn extra points for early donations.

We'd be so grateful for your support.
