Opus Safety Ltd. Acquires Sentinel Safety Solutions

We are delighted to announce the acquisition of Sentinel Safety Solutions, a specialist health and safety consultancy based in the East Midlands. The acquisition strengthens our team and extends our geographical reach, enabling us to provide an even higher level of service to our growing client base.

Sentinel Safety Solutions was founded by Mark Williamson, a highly experienced health and safety professional with over 20 years of experience across a range of sectors, including construction, manufacturing, and logistics. Mark and his team will join Opus Safety following the acquisition, bringing with them a wealth of expertise and a strong portfolio of clients.

Managing Director Alistair Craig commented:

"We are thrilled to welcome Mark and the Sentinel team to Opus Safety. This acquisition is another step forward in our journey to become the leading health, safety, and HR consultancy for the builders' merchant sector and beyond. Mark's expertise and experience will be a tremendous asset to our team and our clients."

Mark Williamson, formerly of Sentinel Safety Solutions, added:

"I am delighted to be joining Opus Safety. The business has an excellent reputation and a strong track record of delivering high-quality consultancy services. I look forward to working with the team to continue to grow and develop the business."
