SECTOR-SPECIFIC COMPLIANCE
We understand your warehouses
Palletised goods through picking zones, loading bays cycling HGVs in and out, forklifts weaving between aisles. One of the most physically demanding compliance environments in the UK.

Pedestrian and MHE segregation
Forklifts, reach trucks and VNA machines sharing floor space with pickers, packers and visiting drivers. Traffic management and physical segregation are the first things an inspector looks at.
Racking damage and SEMA inspections
Pallet racking takes constant impacts from seasonal surges and tight aisles. Inspections, load notices and damage reporting are the difference between a near-miss and a collapse.
Loading bays and night shifts
Dock levellers, trailer legs and reversing HGVs in low light. Loading bays carry a disproportionate share of serious injuries in this sector, and night shifts amplify the risk.
Agency and peak-season turnover
Black Friday, Christmas and January sales bring waves of unfamiliar workers. Induction, FLT refreshers and supervision have to scale fast, then unwind without gaps in the record.

What non-compliance can cost a business
£157K
In combined fines
Two contractors were fined a combined £157,500 plus costs after an industrial racking system collapsed during testing at a West Yorkshire site, killing two workers who were operating from a mobile elevating work platform positioned inside the structure's collapse zone.
The HSE investigation found both firms failed to adequately assess the risk or implement safe systems of work that kept people out of the danger area. HSE prosecution, February 2026.
