A management summary with outcomes for every employee - pass, refer, or defer - plus certificates per individual. The report highlights the roles and tasks producing the most Musculoskeletal issues, giving you data to target your controls.

Employees showing early signs are escalated to an Occupational Health Adviser or Physician. Fitness to Work letters set out task rotation, manual handling changes, ergonomic adjustments, or phased return. Referred cases retest at 3 months, routine re-screening at 12 months.
