What's included in this service

An asbestos management survey identifies the presence, location and condition of asbestos-containing materials in your building. If your premises predate 2000, the law presumes asbestos unless a survey proves otherwise. We prove it, either way.

Survey every accessible area

Your surveyor inspects every accessible area - roof spaces, risers, plant rooms, floor tiles, pipe insulation and ceiling voids - taking bulk samples of suspected ACMs for UKAS-accredited lab analysis. You leave with a verified picture of where asbestos is, in what condition, on annotated site plans.

Suitcase Icon

A register contractors accept

You get an Asbestos Register covering every identified ACM, its location, condition and risk rating - the first document contractors and inspectors ask for. Prioritised remedial actions rank encapsulation, removal or management by risk. Clear, defensible, ready to hand over.

Monitor Icon

Know who's responsible and what to do next

A written Asbestos Management Plan with monitoring schedules, re-inspection dates, labelling and procedures for anyone disturbing the building fabric. An annual condition re-inspection schedule tracks degradation. A 30-minute walkthrough ensures every finding is understood.

Builders Merchants

Older merchant premises often have asbestos-cement roofs and canopies that predate 2000, which means asbestos is presumed present until proven otherwise. Our management survey locates and assesses it to meet the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012.

Warehousing & Logistics

The older industrial units logistics operators take on often hide asbestos in roof sheets and lagging, which racking installs can easily disturb. Where work will disturb the fabric, our refurbishment or demolition survey identifies it before anything starts, as the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 require.
