We are delighted to announce two acquisitions that strengthen our service delivery and expertise across occupational health and training.

We have successfully acquired CMS Occupational Health Ltd and TT Training Ltd, both based in Leicester. The acquisitions will significantly boost our occupational health and training capacity and capability, complementing our established health, safety and HR services.

CMS Occupational Health Ltd provides bespoke occupational health services to a range of businesses and sectors. In acquiring them, Opus Safety will immediately be able to provide customers and prospects with a much wider range of occupational health services. This will include a team of qualified nurses, who will have the ability to undertake a series of health surveillance testing on-site at customer premises. These services include spirometry, audiometry, skin assessments, and drug and alcohol testing.

TT Training Ltd is a Midlands-based training provider offering a range of occupational training including first aid, manual handling, and driver CPC. The acquisition will enable Opus Safety to bolster its training and qualifications offering, across health and safety, operations, and customer-specific courses.

Commenting on the acquisitions, Managing Director Alistair Craig said:

"We are delighted to be extending our service capability across occupational health and training. These two acquisitions reflect our commitment to growing services that complement and enhance our H&S provision, creating an even more comprehensive offering for our clients."

We look forward to welcoming the teams from CMS and TT Training into the Opus Safety family.
