The course covers the legislation, the assessment process, control measures including PPE, and practical assessment work. Opus reviews your substance inventory and existing COSHH documentation ahead of delivery. Examples used in training are drawn from your own safety data sheets, so the practical session produces live, usable assessments.

One-day delivery on-site
A one-day session covering COSHH Regulations, the assessment process, control measures including PPE, consequences, data safety sheets and their terminology, and a practical exercise completing COSHH assessments.

Assessment, certificate and record
Delegates complete a short multiple-choice assessment at the end of the course. Successful delegates receive a Certificate of Attendance which Opus can log into your training matrix on request.
