Isabelle Mason-Plisko

Isabelle is an experienced Occupational Health Technician with eight years in occupational health, including three years at senior level.

In her current role she manages the Occupational Health Technician team and oversees the day-to-day operation of the department, providing leadership, guidance and support while ensuring services are delivered efficiently, consistently and to a high professional standard.

Her responsibilities include scheduling client appointments, managing and responding to client queries, and supporting the administrative process for occupational health referrals, working closely with Occupational Health Advisors to ensure referrals are processed accurately.

Isabelle works closely with clients, colleagues and other professionals to keep occupational health processes running smoothly. As a point of contact for clients she maintains confidentiality and professional standards, takes a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues, and keeps accurate records throughout.
