As a generalist practitioner, Anna offers end-to-end employee relations support rather than narrowing her focus to a single niche. Her core expertise covers the complete employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to managing sensitive terminations, and she regularly advises on and directly manages complex grievances, disciplinaries and performance management frameworks.

She begins by reviewing existing employment contracts, offer letters and employee handbooks against current legislation to identify compliance risks and outdated terms, then updates core policies and establishes clear protocols for when managers should consult her, so that sensitive issues such as suspensions, dismissals and formal grievances are handled correctly from the outset.
