Safe, confident first aid for infants and children
The Paediatric First Aid course is a two-day qualification for people caring for babies and young children in a professional setting. It covers the full responsibilities of a paediatric first aider, including assessing an emergency, treating an unresponsive infant or child, CPR and defibrillation, and managing conditions from choking to meningitis. Delegates leave with the practical skills to administer safe and effective first aid treatment to infants and children, and a clear understanding of when and how to escalate to professional medical help.
