Why Testing is Important
The online F10 can be found via https://form.hse.gov.uk/f10. Online you can notify the HSE via of a notifiable construction project using online form F10, there you will be given a reference number, this number will enable you to update the notification if required. You can also withdraw or get a copy of the F10 if necessary, through the online site.
Or if you can use the online form you may wish to use the postal route and send in writing details of your notifiable construction project:
